SA Starting a Business - Setting Up Term and Conditions Under Commercial Law?

I am starting up a business (do not wish to divulge information of the business publicly) but would like some help on how to setup my terms and conditions and deposit forms under commercial law. I have written a base contract but would like it reviewed and if possible get some help on this from a lawyer.
