Hi all,
I had a self managed super find and used it when I went overseas.
I found out the ATO was asking questions as I wasn't meant to.
Is there anyway to find out if I am in trouble?
Was planning to come back to Australia, but don't want to be arrested getting off the plane.....

I can't see you being arrested, but with so few details it is not possible to say with certainty.
