SA Sex Offence Criminal Law Charges - What To Do?

So, looks like I may be facing charges for possession of child porn. Kinda in a bad place right now. Don't know what's gonna happen. Can anyone give me direction to which might be the best legal advice under criminal law?

Get a criminal lawyer asap - such a charge is serious. If you have no finances, see if Legal Aid can assist at all, but there are specific financial means tests.

Thank you, I am worried about finances. I have a family who amazingly are still supporting me, with the usual living expenses (mortgage etc). I'm scared that this (legal costs) will bankrupt us and we'll lose our home. I've never been down this path before and I'm terrified.
