My neighbour has built a house that has been cut into the ground approximately 1 meter lower than my property. There has been no retaining wall ever erected and my land (which has not been altered in any shape) is now slipping into hers!! To make matters worse, 3 months ago she had a bob cat in to dig a trench on the boundary for drainage reasons and has left it unfinished and our property is now falling into that...
Help me!
