QLD Responded Rejected Personal Injury Claim - What to Do?

I sent a personal injury claim form to the respondent via registered post. The respondent did not accept the mail item and it is coming back to me via post. What do I do from here?

Find a process server and have it served on them.

Get the process server to serve it on them and then get them to fill out an affidavit of attempted service so you can look at applying for substitute service if you are unable to serve them.
