Hoping you can help me. A company holds a caveat over my property in the value of $328k, I have reached a private settlement (formalised, signed by both parties) in the amount of $100k payable in 3 years time. I have asked that they either remove the caveat or replace it with a caveat in the value of our settlement but they refuse. Is there any way I can apply to have this done? I do not have money to pay for legal to do it, I would be doing it on my own. Hoping someone out there can provide some advice.
