My partner has had to take out a PSIO due to a neighbour driving their car at her in an attempt to intimidate and cause fear. They also made several threats

The PSIO is now in place

We have an impending body corporate AGM.

We have notified the body corporate manager of the existence of the PSIO

Does anyone know if the person against whom the PSIO is in place will be legally allowed to attend the AGM, or if they are required to be absent? Is there an expectation of the body corporate manager to take this into account with their organisation of the meeting?

The manager has no obligations in respect of the restrained person.
The obligation is on the person restrained by the order to comply with it.
And if that means not being somewhere you are, then yes, they will need to either stay away, or leave.

Assuming that it was made in open court, the order is a matter of public record.
On that basis, and you can quite comfortably make it known to the agent/ manager
that the order exists. Not the agent has any obligations in respect of it.
You should expect a (groundless) squeal about a supposed breach of privacy when you do mention it.

It may be worth speaking to the police in respect of a likely breach of the order at the meeting.
