My boyfriend is considering leasing his house (he owns the mortgage) to people he knows, without an agent. Aside from consulting his accountant, checking Vic law and getting a legal agreement in place, and ensuring he can cover emergency and serious repairs himself, what else should he be arranging/getting advice on under property law?
