I have written and recorded a commercial song about a particular drink I used to consume daily. I have uploaded this song to Youtube and the artwork includes a photograph I took which has the logo from the company who produces this product.
Is it legal for me to use this photograph for album artwork under copyright law? Or must I blur it out?
