Hi, I'm looking for the official text I read in the Vic Tenancy Handbook (I think) about asking co-tenants not to bring their problem friends etc to the shared house. My co-tenant moved in on the proviso that he would never bring his ex-girlfriend to my home. He wanted to leave their house because of her drug use, thieving and unreliability. I wanted to help someone get away from that awful life plus I admit desperately needed a tenant to pay a share of the rent. So I made that proviso. However I didn't realise then and have since learned that he lies continually about his own activities. So I hope that I saw this text in the Tenancy Handbook, but I can't find it or how it's worded. Any help to locate it appreciated - thanks.

Illegal behaviour is enough to have him evicted. You do not have to live with druggies.
