Hi, I've recently received a notice of filing and hearing for the Federal Court Of Australia. My surname is spelt incorrectly, despite the solicitor spelling it correctly in previous correspondence.
Is this significant? Have I legally been served, or is the document invalid?
Any advice appreciated, thanks.

A judge is probably going to say it's valid and that you were served. Keep it in perspective - that's what courts do.
