I lodged a minor claim against the neighbours and included both the dividing fence and retaining wall in my minor claim.
During pre-trial was advised the judge does not have jurisdiction on the dividing fence and therefore may not be able to rule. Dividing fences have different forms.
Can I amend the initial minor case and remove the dividing fence part OR do I withdraw/cancel the matter then start again.
