I have a question; I made an inquiry to the lawyer who is taking care of my late husband’s estate, (we were separated) but he doesn’t respond to me. do I need to have a lawyer who can represent me and get responses to my inquires? I am trying to find out if he took a fraudulent measure in regards to the retirement fund.
