Can I sell my share in the property owned in joint tenancy without the permission of the other owners to someone else?

No, because you don’t have a ‘share’ in the property by yourself. Joint tenancy is a single jointly owned interest in the property which is indivisible - you cannot divide out a partial share to yourself which is capable of being transferred.

But Can you Sell /transfer the Joint Tenancy interest to another person for fee simple without consent or knowledge of the other registered Joint Tenant Owner?

No. Think of joint tenants as 'one owner' and the ownership as indivisible unless you first change ownership to tenants in common.
