The law obviously requires advertisers and others to advise potential customers that terms and conditions apply . Does the abbreviation to T's and C's satisfy the law ?
Yes.
It's an everyday expression wide use, with a widely understood meaning.
Further, using it in signage (even in very small print) is not generally a problem.
That being said, obscuring, concealing, obstructing the visibilty of, such a sign,
that can be a problem.
