I was framed by three ex friends. They said I have constantly called them, emailed them and text them. I don’t even have one of their phone numbers so it’s actually impossible.
Anyway the judge said to the police you need to give us the better and further particulars by the 6th of January - they haven’t provided anything in and it’s now the 9th of January.
What do I do to get them struck out as they haven’t provided any evidence?
