In Sept 2010, I was discharged from bankruptcy (after 3 years). At the time of going bankrupt, there was no equity in my home and I was allowed to stay and keep paying the mortgage.
I have not received any extension notice from trustee from 2010 to date. Please guide me what they can do now. I sent the email to remove my caveat. They said our lawyer will in contact with me.
