At the last directions hearing a month ago it was decided that we will be moving to trial.
It was ordered that:
"The matter is to be listed on a date to be fixed before the Trial Judge for judicial management of the trial and the allocation of trial dates"
The process form here on is blurry to me. I think there is some kind of conference before final trial dates are set?
If anyone can shed some light on what I might expect to happen next.
My court portal orders screes says "awaiting processing"
I am in the Family Court of Australia not FCC if that makes any difference.
