Hi I had a distant relative who needed somewhere to live as he was evicted out of his last share house (He has been evicted from numerous) I kindly allowed him to move in but now have realised why he was evicted he has changed his address to my home and I told him from the beginning it was not permanent, I now gave him notice on the 20th of November to move out by January 15th and I am concerned he will not vacate, I do not have the room and he has been doing some weird things I am not comfortable with, he does not have front door key so I allowed him to have a screen door key so technically he doesn't have a key does he have any legal reason to stay at my house that I am renting?
