Morning all, with upcoming hearing waiting on arriving for contravention & another action to be wound up , what does the lodging of a Notice of Risk form do, with concerning evidence backed allegations in it that've occurred since the last hearing ? The claims should see child welfare notified of the NOR form, what are the expected "running order" of issues then when the hearing comes up ? Am I correct in thinking the NOR form & its allegations leapfrog the other matters & get attended to first up ?
