Good afternoon, could you help me please. I need to know whether 'Grant of liberty to the parties and trustees to apply on 3 days notice' is reasonable or should I oppose it. I'm the defendant in a supreme court case to appoint trustees for the sale of my property under s66g of conveyancing act. I own 50% of the property but fully own the house on it, property is 160 acres, and I don't want to sell. Can you help?
