VIC Friend Used My Photographs - Copyright Infringement?

About copyright infringement for a photograph.

If I copied MY photographs that I took to my friend's computer to view them and he uses one of them for his website without my permission (the photograph has my name on it), does he own the copyright as well?

If he asked me, I would have said "no".

Viewing them on his computer doesn't give him copyright, it still resides with you as the person who took the photos.
