I forgot to add that I also told the prosecutor that I had security video footage of the entire event. He knew nothing about it. The council knew full well but still insisted on going to court. Didn't bother telling their brief though. What an incompetent pack of turds.

If I were you, I would push for compensation, it is clear and evident that they wasted everybody's time..... just a thought
