I am the executor of will for my mother's will, which is divided into 3 equal parts with my siblings. My mother's only asset is a home with a site agreement in a manufactured home park. Do I need a grant of probate to get the site agreement into my name so I can sell the manufactured home, as she doesn't actually own the land but just the house and the site agreement?

Thanks

Although you may be nominated in the will,
you are not, at law, the executor until probate is granted.
