Hi everyone,

I have been appointed as the executor of will of an estate. The deceased was ill for many years and not working. Their medical expenses were paid for by their spouse. Their spouse has now lodged a claim for reimbursement.

Is this claim legit? Can they do that?

Claims for reimbursement can be made for these types of things, but I would speak with a lawyer about it.
