Good morning, I have been acknowledged as a spouse and my question concerns the first $150000 to which I am entitled..The administrator, also a beneficiary, is delaying things as long as possible. Can I ask for my $150000 to be distributed to me before the rest of the assets are sold and the final distribution occurs, if there are funds available or can I ask that they at least hold a clearing sale of the farm machinery so more funds will become available? They have already sold all the cattle and are holding off selling the rest of the assets. It has now been 16mths since my spouse passed away. Thank you for your help.
