Can a person screenshot an SMS from a mobile phone he found and send them to the person mentioned in the SMS without being sacked under Employment Law?

    In theory yes.

It really depends on the content of the SMS and whose mobile it was copied from.

In some circumstances you may be fairly sacked, in others not.
