VIC Case law in relation to personal mobile phone backup and work computer

Hi,
I remember there was at least one case when someone's photos got accidentally transferred to the work computer from their mobile phone.
What was it?
Could someone help me finding the case law in relation to mobile phone backup and work computers?

I'd also love some guidance as to how you went about finding it, so that I could help myself in the future.

If it’s case law you want try going to the closest university’s law library and use search engines. Some may be free to access by the public but it would help if you are a current student. If you are not try using various websites such as www.AustLII.com.au. There might be a case there for you
