Can a company hold my money if I have signed no contracts? (Under contract law?)

    Hi Heath,

A contract is not necessarily written. It can be verbal or implied.

Can you please provide some more information?
    1. What money is the company holding and why?
    2. What service or good have they agreed to provide?
    3. Do you want your money back? If so, why?
