Hello, if a tenant takes occupancy at a commercial property, agrees to sign a 12 month lease, holds on to that lease and vacates after 7 months of the tenancy, is that tenant still liable for rental charges etc., for the 12 month period even though they haven't signed the commercial lease. I appreciate your feedback.
