I am a joint owner of a property that I share with my ex at the moment until we sell shortly
He has allowed his new BF to permanently stay without my approval - legally I can't do anything about that and there is no reasoning.
My question is can he leave the BF home alone without either my ex or myself in the property? I don't want this to happen when we are both not home and also when I am home without the ex. My personal belongings are all throughout the house and I do not want anyone to go through or touch them. Do I have any rights with this?
