I own the property with my ex.
We are in the process of selling the house.

I signed the Exclusive Auction Authority yesterday in a rush. Now I am not sure if What happens if she disagrees and decides not to sign with this agent?

Property does not get sold, unless you have court orders saying you can sell.

If selling is important and your ex refuses to cooperate, then you will need to go a state court or a federal court.

In short and simple, if you are both on the title
(the names on the loan don't matter),
then absent a court order, you'll both need to sign the agency agreement.
