I am the Executor of my uncle's estate as well as a beneficiary. In his will he left me 50% share of the contents of his residence that included artwork, jewellery and sentimental items. Although he did not own the property he lived there legally. My sister, also received 50% and at the time the title of the home was in her name. I asked on many occasions to go through the contents in my executor role, and every time I was given a less than satisfactory response, now the contents has been removed without my permission or knowledge and I have no idea where it is now. In my opinion, as the executor, the contents has been removed illegally. What are my rights or course of action.
