I am currently stuck on my essays due in two days and I would like to ask for some advice on how I can possibly complete this.
For one of the essays, it require to discuss the importance of the high court in The Australian legal system. How does the system of check and balances in our legal system ensure justice.
The next essay, requires to assess the importance of international law as a source of Australian Law.
I am not asking for you to write the essays out, but am looking for pointers in which I can write the essays about.

Essay one: Consider the importance of the appeal system. You’ve got a very on point example right in respect to the Pell case.

Essay two: Perhaps consider the aspect of trade treaties and the importance of similar laws for consumer products, safety, and export opportunities.
