Now i haven't got an issue with them YET, i have only just applied for this, but i would love to know what my rights are ahead of time on this subject if anyone is kind enough to help.
I started my online PT course through AIF in June, did one assessment, got part way through the next unit and realised i was in over my head & i learn better face to face. AIF kindly moved my online course to an on-campus course free of charge, but it isn't till November. SINCE THEN i decided i don't want to do it anymore, i want to pursue a completely different career, and i've asked for my course fees back.
I can't see any information on their site about refunds but i would hate to think i would miss out on getting at least SOME money back considering i definitely don't want to pursue personal training at all, and if they did refuse me it would mean i flushed $4k down the toilet.
