I have an online candle business and want to make a range of movie inspired candles. I would only be using the name of the movie - not any images and would have a disclaimer in the listings. For example, I would list a candle as a 'Breakfast at Tiffany's Inspired Candle'. Would I be infringing on any trademark laws by doing this?

If so, my second option was to name the candle after the actress just using the first name e.g. 'The Audrey", would this be ok?

Naming them after the movie would likely infringe.

I don't foresee any issue with giving your candles a generic name.

Thanks for your reply. I think I'm just going to come up with a different idea.
