I have just found out that a pharmacist has been giving my sister 809gms instead of 400gms per day by mistake. I have spoken to him about this and he is full of excuses and doesn’t seem to think it would do her any harm. The drug was a very strong anti-depressant. Please help us with Personal Injury Law.

Incorrect dispensing of medications can be serious, but there is also an acknowledgment that human error can occur.

Your sister should also return to her doctor to explain the situation and get their assistance. Sudden changes in medication, albeit to the ‘right’ dosage, can have a negative effect.
