NSW Will I Lose All Custody of Children?

If I'm being blackmailed to sign over full custody of children to the father so he will return the child to Australia, can I apply for custody of children once the child is back in Australia or will I lose all custody forever?

Folding to blackmail is risky, because there is no guarantee that he will return the child to Australia even if you do sign over full custody.

See a solicitor asap. Sign nothing under duress. Besides - what point is there in having the kid back in this country if you still can't see the kid?
