My Lawyer has subpoenaed my medical records from the hospital for evidence pertaining to my misdiagnosis. The evidence will lead to both civil and criminal action.
The documents, I believe, are now available at The Magistrates Court for viewing.
Is my lawyer only allowed to view the documents or can I view them first, if at all?

Check the orders requesting the records and the original request to the court. What do they say about the matter?
