Sub tenant rented a room to a friend, who stayed longer than expected, agent was not notified, what happens now?

I'm the sub tenant, I've asked the friend to move, and they have moved 99% of their things. If the friend is disgruntled, what can Happen? If anything. Also what I should do, if anything, to sort it out legally?
