Are psychologist appointments considered Routine or Non routine appointments?
This is in context of both parents having agreed in signed /stamped children's orders to "inform the other party of any non-routine medical appointments".
The child has been to a psychologist previously to this agreement, so would this make any appointment routine now?
Thank you

Look there is no hard and fast family law rule.
Are you the parent taking the kid to the shrink? if you are share the info and stop being a twit.
If you're not then suck it up. No court can stop your ex being a twit and it really isn't worth the effort to take this to court. I know, it suxs.
