VIC Property Law - Peeping into House Over the Boundary Fence?

    Can anyone peep into someone's house over the boundary fence continuously under the property law?

    Assuming they are not breaking a law being on the other property, yes. Though they are not allowed to harass, intimidate, threaten.

    Maybe put up screens or plant some bushes/trees.
