SA Probate and Dispute on Will - Entitlements Held for Other Beneficiaries?

    If probate has been granted in a will,and there is an on-going dispute between two of four beneficiaries. Can the entitlements of the two non disputing parties be held up?

    Probate would not usually be released until there is an agreement between the four beneficiaries of the will.
