Hey recently I got offered a second job on my 7 days off. My boss from my primary job found out and threatened to sack me. Has he any grounds to doing so? As long as it doesn't effect my primary job, and nothing states in my employment contract, what can he do?

Blake,

If the second job is not in competition with, or incompatible with the primary job and there is nothing in the contract then generally, no the primary employer doesn't have a right to object.

Paul.
