I currently work for a not for profit and a few years ago I saw a gap with the business, in that we had no newsletter. So I started one and came up with a name (let's call it Create for the purpose of this question).
The name isn't derived from the business name, however, it is similar to the name of one of the programs it runs (let's call it Creating Communities).
If I was to go out on my own and start a consultancy, would I be able to call it Create Communications?
