Hello! The problem is, my father created new family and moved on from Russia to Australia but 18 years ago he died in Australia without leaving any will. His estate was about 2 million $. And i Knew about his death just right now. I wonder if i Have any chance to get some part of his heritage?

Where in Australia did he live?
A person without a will is said to die intestate. The short answer in Victoria is probably not because after 18 years the funds have probably already been distributed under the intestacy laws.
