Thanks for that. South Aus is my interest. Failed to find any info anywhere else. Is such information only in the hands of lawyers and law books - no sort of 'popular' simplified expression of them freely available somewhere?

In Queensland there is a Land Title Practice Manual freely available which gives insight in how to deal with titling issues. I'm not sure if SA has an equivalent, but you could start looking here: SA.GOV.AU - Buying and selling
