Industrial Lease in Queensland

Hi, does anyone know if there's a maximum lease term for industrial leases? Your help is much appreciated.

Commercial leases can generally have any term, so long as it is finitely set. While it can't be 'forever', it can be set to renew repeatedly without end - the difference being there is mechanism for the parties to reconsider the arrangement.
