NSW How to find who placed a caveat on a property from over 5 years ago

just did a title search for a relative and noticed a caveat was placed on the property from over 5 years ago.
Is it possible to obtain who placed the caveat?

Yes, get a copy of the Caveat from your Titles Office. It will have all the details.
