QLD House in Husband's Name - What will Happen to the House?

Hi. I’ve been married for 26 years. Our house now only has my husband’s name on it. If something happens to him, legally (e.g. under property law) what will happen to our house?

Does he have a will?
It is his property so the starting point is his will.
If he doesn't have a will it depends on if there are children etc etc.
